5 Ways to Beat the Sunday Scaries





Sunday Scaries are real, but you can still take ownership and make Mondays suck a little less. I share 5 tips that I have integrated to turn Sunday Scaries into Sunday Success.

5 Ways to Make Monday Suck Less:

  1. Pick and Iron your outfit for Monday to save time in the morning. I have found this to be a game-changer to actually get me out of the door on time (haha).

  2. Find what makes you calm and make it a ritual. For me, this is burning candles. Half of the battle with Sunday Scaries is calming yourself down before Monday.

  3. If you can pre-prep part a part of your getting ready routine, do it Sunday night. For me, Sunday is when I prepare my hair for the week by washing, twisting, or putting my hair in rollers. I just take them down Monday morning and freshen up my hair and I'm good to go!

  4. Pre-prep food ahead of time. I do this with my snacks currently and starting to do this with lunch for a couple of days. Having your food ready is one less decision you have to make later.

  5. Do something for you! Self-care is important to refresh and treat yourself. My favorite lately is taking a nap without feeling guilty - I've always been about that nap life - as pictured above ;)
